How do I create an account in B2DROP?

I lost my password or my account was disabled. What should I do?

Accounts are automatically disabled after three failed login attempts.


Sharing & Collaboration

I need more storage to collaborate with others. What are my options?

You have two options:

  • Group Folder – Ideal for long-term collaboration. Has its own quota.
  • Temporary quota increase – For one-time transfers.

How do I manage permissions in a Group Folder?

Permissions are managed at two levels:

  • Folder-level: By the Data Management Team
  • Subfolder/file-level: By Group Admins using Advanced Permissions
