Manage Document Templates

The following Document Templates from the DSW Registry are available in BSC DSW:

• Horizon 2020 DMP - version 1.21.0
• maDMP (RDA DMP Common Standard) - version 1.23.0
• Questionnaire Report - version 2.15.0
• Science Europe DMP Template - version 1.24.0

The BSC Data Management team ensures that these templates — as well as any newly released templates — are kept up to date. If you notice a pending update, contact the Data Management team and we will import the latest version.

Data Stewards can also:

• Update existing Document Templates from the DSW Registry.
• Import Document Templates directly from files.

If a Data Steward creates a new Document Template and wishes to share it — either internally with BSC employees or openly with the wider scientific community — please contact the BSC Data Management team. We will ensure the template files are properly shared and registered with the correct authorship.

⚠️ The Data Management team does not provide support for creating new Document Templates.
