⚠️ There is no assurance that the BSC DSW service and resources will be accessible at any given time. Service support is provided during working hours to all users, and inquiries will be addressed in the order of their receipt.

Communication with Users

Users will be informed of any changes or maintenance windows via email at least two weeks in advance.

For any issue, or if you notice any activity or content on the BSC DSW that does not align with its intended use, as described in the Terms of Use, please report it to the BSC Data Management Team at datamanagement@bsc.es.
